Immerse yourself in our decadent home experience. The Morgan Home Collection is a company whose inception began in 2019. Our goal is to provide our clients with an array of home good products. Our initial product, our luxurious candles, are made of 100% all natural soy wax. We keep the all natural brand going by only using wooden and cotton wicks. The Morgan Home Collection is not stopping there. Check back frequently to see what new products have launched. Who knows what home goods you might see. We have a 14-day return policy on damaged items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@themorganhomecollection.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review your request and take the necessary steps to correct the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back on your card.
